The card is delivered with Linux drivers... but only for 2.2 and 2.4.

Since 2.6.10, this card is recognized by the kernel automatically.

Earlier kernels can be patched: The NIC uses the RTL8169, which was already supported by the earlier (not all) 2.6 kernels (r1869.c), but the PCI id of this card (1186:4300) hasn't been added until 2.6.10.
