Description: The D-Link DFE-550TX is a fast ethernet 10/100 PCI adapter that has a WOL (wake on LAN) function. It uses the Sundance chipset and is supported by the sundance kernel module.

Distribution: Mandrake Linux 9.1



My D-Link DFE-550TX adapter works properly only when the kernel being used was compiled with CONFIG_SUNDANCE_MMIO not set. When I tried to use it with driver, sundance.o, built to use memory mapped I/O it only worked in promiscuous mode.
