Description: 6x dual-format USB 2.0 external DVD burner.
IDE/ATAPI interface, 2MB buffer memory.

The box calls it model TS-E552, but there's no such model listed on the Samsung webpages. K3b detects it as TS-H552U, which is listed with the same specifications.
Keywords: DVD+-R/RW external usb drive
Connection Type: USB

Worked almost straight out of the box - I had to install the dvd+rw-tools and k3b packages.
