Description:
|
A very nice multi function device. It runs very well on my Mandriva 10.1 system,
At first it didn't work at all, but a visit to the Brother web site enabled me to download drivers for printing and scanning.
I have had it working attached to my USB port as well as over my network (printing only).
PRINTING:
The print quality is excellent, good enough for photographs.
SCANNING:
Documents can be scanned at different quality settings, useful for poorer quality documents.
FAX
The fax machine works well with my answerphone attached, and has proved invaluable now that I do some work from home.
SETTING UP:
As above - a bit fiddly but worth it.
MEMORY CARDS:
Several memory cards can be plugged straight into the machine for printing off digital pictures.
