Description: Its a dell 600m, with built in wireless, ethernet, usb and all the usual stuff except no floppy. Had a
o2 micro card reader and pcmcia slot. I have sucessfully got everything that i use to work. Wirless using the ndiswrapper. Ethernet, is tg3. Video is radeon 9000 m9 i believe, i got the flgrx module built and radeon tool so the notebook blanks when i close the lid just fine. I have a usb 5 button mouse and t
hat works the same when the computer is runnin winblowz. Power management works perfect. I am using the powernowd for frequency scaling. im thinking of getting the internal modem setup but i dont think i wi
ll ever use it. I am runnin a custom 2.6.9 donno if i wanna upgrade to current because i got this one working perfect. Sound works with the alsa configuration. I am very happy with it and i think my battery even lasts longer than in winblowz or maybe its stable enough to accually get something done. donno I am runnin Slackware 10.1
