no problems cpu related on install or running. Have got 3 file servers running happily with this processor.

Well excellent value for money and very overclockable.
I just changed the FSB speed from 333 to 400,
and the Sempron lives happily at 2.0 Ghz
(personal desktop) for a few months now.

One thing I have not figured out is knowing the
processor temperature in LINUX (the bios does give the T)
