While I use freeBSD as my desktop machine, this little device is fully supported by 5.2.1-RELEASE. Just plug it in and it is immediately recognized as a SCSI device (in my case da0). I just created a mount point /mnt/pen and then mounted the device:
mount -t msdos /dev/da0s1 /mnt/pen
What a great device!
Cheers--
Charles

Using the non-password-protected portion of the device works just as everyone mentioned above. The supplied "secure" portion software does not work, but the device may be formatted without the "secure" portion to take advantage of the full filesystem space.

Works perfectly in Vector Linux. When inserted, it automounts and the program included on the device runs allowing me to use the crypto functions.
With other distro's, it's as easy as mounting as a SCSI device and running the app from the drive itself.
