This is a 56k 32-bit V.92 PCI LT WinModem that I have successfully used with Debian, SuSE, FreeBSD, Slackware, Mandrake, Helix, Fedora, RedHat, Gentoo and Yoper using pon/poff, wvdial and kppp.
It runs at around 10.1kbps max, which I got using Fedora Core 3.
The setting is not 115200, but 230400 because it's a V.92
