Description: Pcmcia wireless card. Runs at 54mbps, is very quick once set up.
Drivers are available from http://ndiswrapper.sourceforge.net/p...t#WPC54Gx20.v2 and I also had to use http://www.linuxhomenetworking.com/l...work-linux.htm for further ideas on getting this to run.

Using Slackware and the stock 2.6.10 kernel in Slackware I had to set this card with a fixed ip address rather than getting it from DHCP to run. This may be fixed by getting and installing the latest DHCP driver.
Keywords: Linksys wireless pcmcia ndiswrapper 802.11g
/sbin/lspci output: 02:00.0 Network controller: Texas Instruments ACX 111 54Mbps Wireless Interface
Chipset: Texas Instruments ACX 111
Connection Type: PCMCIA

I made this card work by using the NDISWRAPPER that came in the distro CD. All I had to do was follow the instructions in the following website:
http://ndiswrapper.sourceforge.net/mediawiki/index.php/Suse_Professional_9.x

The only thing that I did that wasnt according to the instructions was to check the PCMCIA option, the card still worked great.

I am giving the card an 8 because it doesnt work fresh out of the box with linux and I had to use NDISWRAPPER.
