Need Gimp-Print 5.0.0-beta2 (http://gimp-print.sourceforge.net/)
lpoption outputorder=reverse does not seem to work, so I do
cat mydoc.ps | pstops 1:-0 | lpr
on the command line if I want to print in reverse order.
