Canon PowerShot A200
Nice moderatly priced digital camera with up to 4 times digital zoom and 2.0 megapixel resolution.
It is easy to use for even the most novice User and supports Direct Print. It's a USB device that comes with normal batteries but needs 2 NiMh of 2000 to be of any real use. It is sold with a moderate 8 Meg card and delivers excellent pictures for it's price range.
The best part is that under Suse 8.2 it is fully supported.
The camera will work for download staight after adding it in "Control Centre"-"Phericals"-"Digital Camera"...nothing else needs to be done.
Has been installed on a Dell Laptop and a PC with an MS-6738 Motherboard. Both times installation took no more then 20 seconds.
