Description:

400 MHz Celeron processor, 256K RAM, 6 GB hd, USB 1.1 port, serial port, Lucent Winmodem, parallel port, VGA out, ESS Solo sound hardwear, 32 bit Cardbus slot, CD-ROM.
I am running Debian Sid with a 2.6.8 Kernel. The kernel doesn't detect that the computer has APM rather than ACPI. The USB port doesn't seem to work, but the devices I have tried might only be USB 2. Otherwise, it works well. Linux has put new life into the old PC. I have a WLI-PCM-L11GP (Buffalo or Melco) WLAN card which is well supported in Linux and works well here too, but when it is being used, the sound doesn't work. It is broken and staticy.
