Dell has been giving these away free in the UK with high end machines, but in the US they currently retail at the $199 mark.

Dell states that they support the things on RedHat and Suse, which is cool.

On Debian I have found the following CUPS driver will work:

"PCL 6/PCL XL Printer Foomatic/pxlmono"

It is available via the standard Debian printer setup mechanisms under Generic drivers.
