There are no native drivers, but you can use it's WindowsXP driver with ndiswrapper, just make sure you grab the driver they suggest on their cards list, as the ones on the CD that come with the card do not work.

The card works perfectly once ndiswrapper is in use.

This is a very good wireless card, not the cheapest available but it works very very well once ndiswrapper is installed.
