Kernel (uname -r):
2.4.27-2
Distribution:
Debian
Dedtected everthing correctly with Debian. The only problem is the bundled WiFi card did not detect, but this is understandable since it is a proprietary component and not something bought off the shelf. I have also used this board with KNOPPIX, Ubuntu (64bit and 32bit). 64 bit support works great and detects well.

Kernel (uname -r):
2.6.8-2-386 (2.6.8-11-amd64-k8/generic)

debian sarge
Ok, I have had some problems with the motherboard, and I have fixed it now (most of it).
I have testet bios 1017, and it works. so does 1009.
I have a problem, when I turn on the sata controler in the bios, debian will not boot!
I have attached two Promise Ultra133Tx2 to the motherboard, it accomidate my ide disks.
And the onboard sata controler is a TX2 and the two ide controlers is also tx2, so I guess that is the reason for my problems.
I am running a standart kernel for debian 386, and everything works.
When I try to run the amd64-8 and -generic kernel, I have some problems with alsa.
I have turned on PCI -> auto
acpi 2.0 ->on
acpi modes -> both (auto)
usb2 (full speed)
So have fun, its a good and rock solid board.
I will come with more feedback, when I attach, my sata disks.

ok, I have now tested.
The reason for xwindows not working is problems with usb mouse using a newer kernel.
I have now connected 4x320gb sata with software raid, and it's 100% stable!
