This card is supported by using the tulip module which comes supported in most of the later kernel releases.
When compiling a new kernel it seems this card and most of its different versions will work best when using the DEC Chipset which in turn uses the tulip module along with making it a loadable module.
This card may also be recognized as a NC100 in the cat /proc/pci output like:
Ethernet controller: Linksys Network Everywhere Fast Ethernet 10/100 model NC100 (rev 17)

This product is well supported in Linux using the tulip module.
I have successfully gotten this card to work with Slackware, Redhat, Mandrake and most of the other main Distributions currently available right now. This card will or should work as its supported by the kernel.
If you need updated drivers you can actually obtain them straight from the manufacturer at: http://www.linksys.com or direct download currently at ftp://ftp.linksys.com/pub/network/lne100tx512.zip

This is my first go with this card. Installed and uses the tulip module. I had an issue with having the card not load with boot, but I solved it after a read of the config files (2.6 stores stuff elsewhere). the card works quite well, and I think its faster...

I've got two of these cards installed on my router at home. I've never had any problems with these cards and they've worked flawlessly for me since Slackware 9.0.
