I spent two weeks trying to make this card work, with almost no success. Using ndiswrapper and driverloader (trial), I occasionally got the card up, and on one occasion, associated with the AP. But this was not consistent, and I eventually gave up and purchased a USR card based on the acx111 chipset.

It's certainly possible that I was doing something wrong, but considering the lack of recent native drivers (drivers for 2.4-series kernels are available on RealTek's site), I'd recommend trying a different card.

NOTE THAT THIS IS THE "M" VERSION OF THE CARD. Other versions are Prism-based and may be a bit easier to get along with.
