Description: D-Link DWL-G520 Extreme G wireless nic installed in Mandrake 10.0 using madwifi

From what I can tell this is a fairly new series of card. ndiswrapper wouldn't work with the supplied drivers for some reason

Mandrake id's the card as being ar5213. You have to use the madwifi driver set and remember to modprobe wlan, ath_hal and then ath_pci in that order (all the documents I read on the subject never mentioned this part except one.....)
Keywords: ar5213 168c:0013 Dlink DWL-G520 ExtremeG

In short Ubuntu Breezy identified it and all I had to do was go to networking and enable it.
