Kernel (uname -r): 2.6.10-gentoo-r6-ozone
Distribution: Gentoo Linux

This is an excellent chipset integrated into my Asus P4C800-E Deluxe motherboard. Uses the e1000 kernel driver, and works without any problems. Fully supported by mii-tool as well.
