Basic cordless keyboard and optical cordless mouse. Keyboard is standard US layout, with 6 hotkeys and volume up/down buttons. Mouse is fairly plain, not an ergonomic one. Both are black. Reciever has 1 PS/2 and one USB plug, and it comes with a USB to PS/2 adaptor.
