Kernel (uname -r): 2.4.22-28mdk
Distribution: Mandrake

Wouldn't completely power off (still had to press the power button) in Mandrake 8.0 and 8.1 but no problem with Mandrake 9.0, 9.1 or 9.2.

Works well.
