Sony states it is not supported under Linux, however, when using the camera with the mem stick and auto-mount turned, it recognizes it as a camera and mounts it just fine. As a matter of fact, its real slick and quite fast, much faster than on a Windows box using the mfgr's drivers for the camers.

After plugging it in, /mnt/camera appeared on the desktop.
