Board did not support 166 FSB right out of the box, which meant a bios flash, which didn't work right of the hop. There is a undocumented jumper that needs turned on first and then you can flash. After that no problem. However I had to flash it in Windows XP. If you don't have a dual booter make sure it has an up todate version of the bios.

As a note my board is 3 years old.

Other than this one glitch the board behaves nominally.

I tested many linux distro's on this box. CENTOS 5 BOOTS FASTER THAN ANY LINUX DISTRO I USED SO FAR.I ALSO TESTED THE FOLLOWING LINUX OS,UBUNTU 5.10,FORESIGHT 0.9,SUSE 9.1,9.2,9.3,101,10.2, KNOPPIX 3.7.5.0, PCLINUX 2007 TEST 2, PCBSD 1.3.01, KANOTIX 2006-01-RC4, MEPHIS 6.5, FEDORA 6, KATEOS_3.6 BETA-LIVE. THIS TEST LINUX BOX IS THE BEST SO FAR WITH A AMD 1400 THUNDERBIRD CPU, 768MB OF PC2100 DDR RAM,GEFORCE 2 MX4O0 VIDEO CARD. NO PROBLEMS WITH THIS MOTHERBOARD FOR 3 YEARS SO FAR.
