Works just like any normal CD drive. Digital audio extraction is great, and it burns like a jump under Linux.

Speed is good, too. A great drive for a great price.

I bought this a year or so ago. It worked flawlessly with SuSE 8.0 to 9.1 to 9.3.
Burns sweetly.
I use what SuSE provides for drivers.
