Description: Compatible with 2.2x+ kernels, plug it in and it works right out of the box. Great performace, doesn't kick me off ever.

This is a good solid modem. I use it as a dialin modem so I can connect from work without paying for a dialup ISP. I've not done any configuring of the modem aside from plugging it in and turning it on. Works great, no disconnects.
