Many people have had success getting there Belkin F5D6001_Ver3 working with Ndiswrapper and the WindowsXP drivers. I was unable to have the same success.
Ndiswrapper lockup up my system every 5 or so seconds for a few seconds. I tried accessing the Internet and pinging my router during the time I was experiencing the lock ups, but I had no connectivity, so I gave up on the ndiswrapper.
I looked into using the rtl8180 driver from the realtek site, but they did not have support for the kernel I am using (2.4.29), and did not want my network interface card restricting what kernel I can use. I did try using the driver they have for the 2.4.20, but It would not load correctly.
I than found the rtl8180-sa2400 project. This solved all of my problems. This driver works perfectly with the F5D6001_Ver3 card and is very easy to set up. The F5D6001_Ver3 was the card used for the main development of that project, so even though at the time of writing the project is only at 0.20, it seems to be very stable, for this card at least. Its documentation is very good and shows you everything that needs to be done. Make sure you load the crc32.o module otherwise the ieee80211_crypt-r8180 and ieee80211_crypt_wep-r8180 modules will not load though.
You can get to the rtl8180-sa2400 project at: http://rtl8180-sa2400.sourceforge.net/
