Description: This is a 5 port USB 2.0 ( 3 External and 2 Internal ) & 3 port Firewire ( 2 External and 1 Internal ).

How well it worked for me.
USB ports worked under the 2.4.9 or greater kernel. 2.0 devices worked and 1.1 devices worked. It could see my 20 gig Storix USB drive.

But under 2.6 kernel it would not see my 20 gig USB 2.0 drive. But 1.1 devices still worked. Any app like USBView would stall . Fdisk -l would not show it. Nothing under /proc

Firewire worked well in both kernels.

Most Experience under the Redhat and Fedora Core 1 & 2 Distros

Would not buy again. Bought an Adaptec USB2Connect and works great under 2.6 kernels.
