Description: Installed no problems with Mandrake 10.0
quite temperamental to run, unlike its little brother the 3550. seems to have a very touchy top cover that if not sitting 'just' right will go into fix-me mode.
cost about $ 110 Aus new

feels a bit cheap, but that is to be expected with sub $100 printers. quiet, you can barely hear it printing. suse detected and installed it fine.

linuxprinting.org lists it as "mostly" compatable. imho, it works better than that. black text is crisp and graphics are good.
