This is the "free" USB modem supplied by most broaband companies now. It's taken some tweaking to get it to work because (a) it's USB, (b) the ECIADSL drivers are still in development (c) most providers that use this modem use PPPoE which can also be tricky to set up. I've set it up successfully on Mandrake 10.1 and Suse 9.1 both using the ECIADSL 0.9 user mode driver and the roaring penguin PPPoE plugin.
