It's a rather old laptop, as it only has USB 1.1 on it, but the only thing that has not been even tested in Linux is the IEEE 1394 port. Everything else works perfectly.
I added a Netgear WG511T Wireless card to the computer, which accounts for the Atheros Ethernet controller. It works, too.
