slots: 1 x AGP (8x),5 x PCI,1 x CNR. AMD 64 Athlon CPU.
SATA, IEEE1394a, usb2 plus more. Full spec on www.biostar-usa.com.
Fedora core 2 installed with no problems. Both 32 and 64 bit versions. Installed 64 bit version onto 1*120 GB SATA drive (not raid). Motherboard supports raid with 2 SATA drives but I have not tried it. Detected AC97 sound, 1 gigabit lan card(Realtek), sata (Via). I do not have a 1394a or USB2 device to test. USB1 devices work fine.
This motherboard is sensitive to memory types. I found this out the hard way. Check on biostar's web site for compatible memory types.
