Motherboard supports AMD64 cpus. Great layout, with IDE plugs horizontal along edge of board and most jumper pins around edges, making for neat and tidy cabling .
No onboard video.
I'm running Kingston RAM just fine.
I'm running Debian on it. Newer kernel versions (2.6.7) support the SATA Controllers - there are 2: VIA SATA 8237 andSiliconImage 3112 (for instance, the current Knoppix image does not.)
The audio is Realtek and works fine.
I have not been able to find a 2.6.x driver for the VT6122 Gigabit LAN Chip, tho VIA have released a 2.4.x driver.
