Kernel (uname -r):
Distribution: Debian

Works perfectly in Linux.

Just create a mount point, mount it with "-t vfat" option, and copy over pics.

The camera is an excellent device, very full-featured with tons of options. Drawbacks would be pretty aggressive battery consumption (especially when using the LCD), and the limited capacity of the smartmedia storage.

Kernel (uname -r): 2.4.25
Distribution: Slackware 9.1 (current)

Can mount it with vfat excellent.
Remember to put also a line in /etc/fstab. If you don't you will not be able to unmount the device.

Also have tried it with a 2.6.4 kernel this worked great to.
