No problems at all. It comes with a custom backplate, easy to install. Compatible with any Pentium 4 socket 478 processor. Uses the ICH DMA drivers, 8139too realtek driver for onboard lan, i2c-piix4 module for i2c, w83627hf winbond chip for hardware sensors.
