No problems at all. It comes with a custom backplate, easy to install. Compatible with any Pentium 4 socket 478 processor. Uses the ICH DMA drivers, 8139too realtek driver for onboard lan, i2c-piix4 module for i2c, w83627hf winbond chip for hardware sensors.

No problems at all. Worked right off the bat. SuSE even detected the internal sound card on the motherboard, where Windows XP needed a driver.
