200 GB serial ATA hard drive.
Using kernel 2.6.6, Red Hat 9 and MSI KT6 Delta-LSR motherboard which uses the Via VT8237 controller.
Had some bother at first with clashing interrupts but I removed APIC support from the kernel and this did the job.
Am using two of these drives as a RAID device. Works fine.
