In Fedora Core 2 no additional software is required to access photos from this camera.
Upon plugging in the USB cable, a Camera icon appears on the desktop and in the Gnome "Computer".
Double clicking on this icon allows access to the contents of the current memory stick in the camera. Files can be copied, moved, deleted, modified, etc.
