This card has been supported by every operating system I have put on it... with one caveat... it only connects at 10baseT. I have read there is a fix somewhere... you boot from an MSDOS floppy with their program and run it to change a setting. The problem is that I don't have MSDOS... sure I could get FreeDOS and use that but then I run into the problem of not having a floppy drive in my router.

Since I use this to connect to my DSL modem the 10Mbps connection is not a problem. But it is a little irratating to know it could be connecting faster but it isn't. I am not that upset, I got the card for free from an buddy and it meets all the needs I have. It is just the principle of the thing.
