This is an onboard ethernet card that appears on some Gigabyte motherboards (I'm sure somewhere else as well).
Driver comes with kernel source (since 2.2.?).
Just "modprobe sk98lin" if your kernel has the module built (most default distro kernels do).
Otherwise, it's in Networking Devices > Ethernet (1000Mbit).
Module also works with SysKonnect SK-98xx models.
