This product works well, as long as you don't use the windows version provided my the manufacturer. The user will need to reset their neuros in order for it to sync properly. This player reads both mp3 and ogg files. The updated firmware is great because I can update it as technology gets better.

I used udev rules to name my neuros, so that i can plug and unplug and not have to find the device the kernel assigns to it.

The neuros is not as pretty as an ipod, nor is it as small. But for half the cost, and the ability to play oggs, this is a great player.
