The mitsumi scroll mouse is a 2 button mouse with a scroll ball type deal in the center. Now I say that becauce it isn't an actual scrolling ball, it's more like a nob that you yank back on.
Their website says that it is MS intellimouse compatable -- it isn't. When trying it as intillimouse it causes chaos. Because of this the scroll nob doesnt even work, it only works as a third button. :( That is why i gave it a 5 on the scale, it only points and clicks, half of its usability functions arent useable.
On my debian installation months ago it mould randomly place the actual cursor (invisible though) about 15 pixles to the left of where you SAW the cursor.
On my current Slackware 9.1 Install it will occassionally have fits of madness and not be 100% reactive instead move in random motions clicking and dragging on whatever gets in its path.
I would NOT recommend this mouse.
