Download this & install this:
http://www.downloaddelivery.com/srfilecache/z32_eng_us-1.0-5.tgz

then (assuming you already have your print server of choice installed), download this & install this:
http://linuxprinting.org/download/printing/lexmark-foomatic-kit.tar.gz

run lexmarkinstall, follow the instructions (and enter your proper configuration), and it should work.
