Description: works well on my Acer Extensa 500DX, Redhat 9 kernel 2.4.2. its isapnp and resources are assinged in cmos. i just run a simple modprobe opl3sa2 and am good to go.

Distribution: Slackware 10.1



I had to recompile my kernel in order to get this card working. You can download a driver from http://www.opensound.com, but it's a trial without support. After kernel recompilation the card works

Distribution: Ubuntu 5.10


Works in Ubuntu with modprobe opl3sa2. The sound chip exist in Toshiba 7010CT laptop.

I got an OPL3-SaX isa card. It works fine with modprobe opl3-sa2...

What the -rpm needed to install this sound card in redhat9? Is it plug and play for redhat9, like winXP?
