Kernel (uname -r): 2.4.31
Distribution: Slackware 10.2

This system has been a very good investment. I put 2 Gigabytes of memory on it so I had to rebuild the kernel to use all of the memory. I have had the system for several years now. I also use the ext3 file system.

The only downside is the battery only last around 1 to 1 1/2 hours due to the large screen (17" screen).

Plays DVD great and all of the extra USB devices are useful.
