Description:
|
This board has dual intel socket 370's which can take two Pentium III processors of speeds up to 1gigahertz. The board has 1 agp slot, 5 pci slots, three pc 100 memory slots, 4 ide connectors, 1 parallel port, 1serial port, 2 usb ports, 1 ps/2 port, and 1mouse port. This board comes with onboard IDE RAID made by Fastrack which can be problematic under Linux. The board has no issues other than when trying to run RAID. Problems also occur if a RAID controller is added. As long as the RAID function is not used all else is supported. This does not apply to software RAID which runs fine.

The Fasttrack onboard RAID is problematic if not useless.
