There's a slight problem with ALSA drivers and the digital line, causing crosstalk, one of the IDE channels causes a bit of interference as well. Other than that it's been fantastic.
No modifications to soundconfig were needed. The only thing that was needed was to mute a couple of channels in the mixer to prevent feedback. Works great in games, but the linux drivers seldom support the EAX extensions. So keep that in mind.
