Description: This is a CardBus PCMCIA 10/100 ethernet card with dongle.

There are tons of variants of these cards, some with dongles other with the X-Jack. I've never had a problem with it.

It uses the 3c574_cs module. I have used it under 2.2.20, 2.4.20-25 and 2.6.4
