Everything else is working very nicely. Using the 2.6.4 kernel I have managed to enable PowerNow which significantly reduces the termperature of the processor (by nearly 20 degrees Celsius) as well as prolonging battery life. (without PowerNow ~ 1hour ; with ~ 3 hours)
