A REALLY old laptop (4MB of RAM, 200MB harddrive,
486SX 33Mhz processor, no CD-ROM drive, cost extra
because the LCD screen was color-enabled, but it
does have Type III PCMCIA ...
works well on my Acer Extensa 500DX, Redhat 9
kernel 2.4.2. its isapnp and resources are
assinged in cmos. i just run a simple modprobe
opl3sa2 and am good to go.
On slackware 9.1, with modules ehci-hcd, usbcore
and usb-storage; default kernel has scsi and scsi
disk support enabled (mod. are scsi_mod sd_mod).
