Good board, except if you want use it with dual core athlon64, you'll have to flash the BIOS with version 0304 or higher to get linux work on it. Lower BIOSes have apic bug.

I had some bad expiriense last weeks setting my pc to work the way I want. I changed few Asrock and Asus boards (intell 775) but all were just bulk. Finaly I bought this MSI P4N SLI-FI fix it in place booted and everything works just perfect and faster than ever. Ops... I have not tested SATA2 couse I don't have sata disc, so as it's same (or based) as nForce4 for AMD I supose it works.

I got it working with vanilla 2.6.10 kernel + latest snapshot of video4linux from http://linux.bytesex.org/v4l2/cx88.html. Also it works with 2.6.13.x. How I get it work:
1. First: You have to
modprobe cx88xx card=27 tuner=38 i2c_scan=1
In my case the tuner is Philips PAL/SECAM multi (FM1216ME MK3)
I found that i2c_scan=1 detects corectly my radio chip, so You'll maybe need it to get radio work.
2. Second: You have to
modprobe cx8800
3. Third: Start Tvtime or other Tv-watching program and adjust the hue/saturation high (over 78 in tvtime) to get good collors.
That's all
